Let the Devil Come by lonefirewarrior Let the Devil Come by lonefirewarrior
Even with more allies(Sam Gideon-Vanquish, James Raynor-Starcraft), our heroes can't save every person or every city. So they flee as hostiles(or possibly friendlies) bombard another city too far gone to save.

The following is by :iconkushlukvonshimazu:
The flames of war seek to engulf all in it's path, yet a few dare to press on through the embers of destruction. They will be needed for the battles to come, and should they fall here, then all hope for their worlds is but shattered glass.

Might have went overboard with the embers. But since everything is supposed to be burning around them, I guess that's not too much of a problem.

As with most things I do, this was inspired by another song. You have no idea how amazing this song is so you better click the link or I'll eat your head.

All models can be found by simply searching "garrysmod.org". Except Jim Raynor. Here's a link to the pack containing him and other Starcraft 2 models. [link]

DISCLAIMER:
Also, this series is supposed to have a particular sci fi theme with universes that wouldn't canonically(is that even a word?) conflict with each other too much(example: Warhammer 40k people would not play nice with anyone here). That means no Solid Snake, Ezio, Link, Mario, Kratos, Nathan Drake, Cole MacGrath, no Bioshock, Ryu(the Street Fighter dude), Duke Nukem, Mortal Kombat, Resident Evil, Fallout, Portal and anything else not similar enough to the universes the featured characters are from.

if this is a sci fi themed series does that mean jak and daxter or ratchet and clank can be in it?

Yeah. Problem is I actually need models of them. Playstation games are hard to get models from.

if this were a real game, it would win every award known to mankind, as well as the respect of millions of gamers. this is why the game companies should do something like this, they dont see how much profit they could make!

They wouldn't make as much as you think. Especially considering how many companies would be involved.

Take this picture for example. 7 characters from 7 different companies. Even if it sold as well as GTAV in its first days, that's $1 billion split up to 7 different large companies(companies with hundreds of workers and bills that need to get paid). Roughly $140 million. Sure that's a lot, but the likelihood of any game matching GTAV's sales at any point in the next decade is fairly low. On top of that, in my more recent pictures, I've got characters from up to 20 different universes and by extension 20 different companies. There's no way anyone involved will make any sort of profit from this sort of thing. That's why large scale crossovers between companies can never work.

well, yeah, i see your point. maybe they could form a separate company for handling crossovers like that, so that the original companies would still be there, but they would just have another source of income. it would still be an epic thing to see though, even if the companies didnt get very much profit individually. i mean, all of those companies are already pretty wealthy right? so if they all decide to split the difference in production, it wouldnt be as big of a cost to them individually.i just, i just wish that i could see something this beautiful happening. u should share these photos to the character's companies website, maybe it would give them inspiration. :)

I'm 300% sure you have no idea what you're talking about and you really need to stop.
