Death of a Demon by lonefirewarrior Death of a Demon by lonefirewarrior
There is a small contingent of Sangheili among the Covenant that would be feared most of all, if only their existence was known. Clad in black, these hunters set out across the galaxy stalking the demons humanity created, before and after the Great Schism. While official records may not reveal this, they are responsible for directly and indirectly orchestrating the demise of hundreds of demons. From the weaker "Spartan 3's" and "4's", to the much larger and seemingly unstoppable "2's", this shadow team knows no fear as they cut down demon after demon. Their motives to this day are unknown to the few that have heard about them.

Turn dis shit on for maximum horror. [link]

Funny thing, as far as halo lore is concerned, engaging a spartan in melee combat is suicide, especially one of the beastly massive mother fuckers that is a Spartan-II.  Because these fuckers have such fucking ridiculous, strength speed and reaction times.   Mechanics wise with a good player I can do this in halo reach where with a simple little strafing hop when a sword elite charges me, I can instantly assassinate him.

Nope. Lore specifically says Spartan IIs are no stronger or faster than elites. The only difference is fighting style. Elites are like Samurai with guns and Spartans are Navy Seals.

Fred-104 has killed a brute with his bare hands.  Cal-141 negated a gravity hammer swing from a brute chieftan with one hand, and then proceeded to kill him through unarmed melee combat.  Kelly-087 takes on three Spec Ops Elites in hand-to-hand combat, breaks a one of their wrists, and then takes his sword and uses it to immediately kill three other approaching elites.  Their reactions times are estimated at 20 milliseconds, and that is without taking into account muscle memory and training which means their in-combat response times would be even faster, and would be capable of being augmented even further still by an AI.  The list of these insane abilities provided by their augments goes on, including speed, and strength.  All of these are further augmented by their Mjolnir armor systems.  Suffice to say, hell yes a Spartan was faster and stronger than an Elite.  If they were on such equal terms with them then they would not have made a significant difference in the war and they would not be feared by the covenant as Demons.   They far surpassed elites and brutes in quality.

Wrong again. Like I said, their strength and speed are equal. What made a difference, again, was their fighting styles. Elites had honor and fought for sport and whatever. Brutes just liked to fight. Spartans were like Navy Seals. They had  job to do and they were focused. They didn't win because they were stronger, they won because they were professional and didn't have an outdated mindset when in battle.

Every book. It's even a feature in the newer games. In Halo Reach, Bungie made players playing as Elites in Invasion mode have faster running speeds and stronger melee attacks to reflect this. And just like the lore, if a player was stupid as an elite, the extra speed and strength didn't help.

Your work is quite something and I'd comment further on my liking of it. But you really are a stuck up piece of shit. (Based on the comments I've seen below) So yes, your work is good. But, you really need to mature.
